Myself

Myself as a Person

I am a 22 year old young man with a positive personality and who loves to play, work very hard and finding the balance in both. I grew up in a village, so my roots and culture are some of the things which I respect and honor. I am an outgoing person so I am a social bird meaning that am easy to get along with.
I am a purpose driven, highly motivated by work and people who I work with. I have a competitive edge in everything I do, and I always want to take things a few steps further because I always think that I can do more that what I have done. My definition of a noble life is one with words like: Love, values, principles, key personality, and I always work to get all these into my day to day activities by making sure that I understand my actions and I calculate well all the repercussions of all my action which my bring good or bad results in my Life
I love working with people all the time, every time I work with people I just feel like I can achieve more all the time when I am being lead. I always make it a point that I listen very well to the instructions and commands being given by the leader because understand that stewardship is characterized by the skill and the ability to listen and the ability to convert words of instruction into a series of actions which will help find a solution to the problems at hand.
I am always looking up for time and I search for opportunities to build and strengthen my career, relationship and personality. I work with time, do all things on time, get to places in time because I know that time holds the key to the next invention, and if I just let it pass by. I will lose out on million things other things which walks with time (i.e. opportunities, plans, work, love etc.)I think that in all these things lays the essence of life and the reason for mankind’s existence.

My Family

I am a member of a medium size family where there are parents and siblings. My family is built by a mother and a father who were blessed with four children, two girls and two boys, we also adopted a young man who is 20 years old, and He was an orphan in the nearby village.
We are based in Limpopo Province just outside a small town called Thohoyandou. The name of the village is called Tshiulungoma; the village is also located near the cold Nandoni dam.
My mother and father are two people who continuously show Love to each other and to us as their children. My parents are also business partners. They are co-owners and manager of a small business which supply books stationary and Christian or church related resources to people, schools, churches, businesses, and organization in and around Thohoyandou. They started the business and named it Mbuye Christian Bookshop and Printers Cc. in 1998.during that time, my father was still working for the Department of Education as a curriculum advisor for schools, teachers and principals. In 2008, my father left the department and became a full time manager of the bookshop. My mother has always been a loving and supporting wife to my father and a very caring mother to us her children. Every day she makes sure that we are ready for the day by preparing everything which each one of us need for that day through prayer and work. She was the hands on manager of the business during the days when my father was still working for the Department of Education. They are now working together in the business and are doing very well in their team work.
I have two sisters, one is aged 24 years and the other is 20 years old. Mufunwa-wanga (24) is the older sister and the first born in the family. She is a senior student in the University of Johannesburg in her final year doing a B Degree in Business Management. She is a very focused and hard working young woman, she works every time to be the best she can be, her academics is one of the top things in her priority list but first on the lost is her love for her family. She is so dedicated in her work that every time she does work, she makes sure that all work is completed and always wants everything to be perfectly executed. As an elder sister in the family, so her leadership role is first seen when we meet together as the children facing challenges, so she would be the one who comes up with the ideas and suggestions to solve the problems we are facing.
Thishayi (20) is a young, active and very reserved lady who is together with Mufunwa-wanga in the University if Johannesburg doing her national Diploma in beauty therapy and somatology. She is the third child in the family and she adds another kind of value in the five of us which makes us very effective because she has a character that would find it very easy to follow instructions and quietly do her part of the job with concentration. Her behavior toward other people is questionable, because she would rather sit in her room when the four of us are in the sitting room sharing jokes and speaking about the things we went through during the day. She (Thishayi) is not the kind that speaks much, but whenever she speaks, she says things which will get you thinking.

I have two brothers who are younger than I am, so in everything I do I bear it in mind that there are people who in one way or another I am a great influence in their lives as an elder brother, that is why in everything I do, I always have them in mind because I want them to see me as an example in living a life filled with good behavior and direction. The first one is Zwavhudi and the other one is Trevor.
Zwavhudi is 18 years old the youngest of us all, he is a modern, cutting edge, technological, and current young boy who loves computers, phones and lives in the digital world. Whenever he wants to do something, he would ask me if I could download home the instruction or the software to do it using a computer. He plays a very important role when we are together because he sometimes would make us see that we still need to learn more about technology and computers.
Trevor is 20, in 2008 we has another member of the family introduced to us. Trevor is an orphan whose parents died some years ago so our parents took it in their shoulders to take him and make him a member of the family so that he could grow and learn so much with us. He is a very obscure but intelligent young man, even though we are still getting to know him, I have seen from him is that he is very good with people and he loves helping others and sometimes he even goes out of his way to get help for someone. He is also a very hard working guy, so whenever he is given a task, he will not disappoint. He is currently doing his Metric and all his efforts are on to studying for the exams and preparing for his post high school education. His character supports and complements each and every one of us. We might be in the process of getting to know him better, but know that he is also getting to know us as well, and we are grateful for his presence in the family.

Why should you select Me for your Programs?

Let me first say, ever since the words business analyst entered into my brain, I have looked for people who are specialists I this sector, searched for books and different publications which speaks on the subjects of business management, business analysis and Programming and this made me want to know more about the subject.
I then went to tertiary to study Information Technology, during the time, we did a subject called information systems which covered things like system analysis, design and business operating systems was also introduced and I fell in love with the subject. Now I feel that with my hunger and thirst to go into industry to practice what I have learned, this internship program will help me shape my love and desire for the business management and analysis sector. I also think that my attention to detail and the zeal to find out more will help me during my time in the program. The time I saw this opportunity, I thought to myself, this is what I have been waiting for, when I enter into the program; I will work hard to find out more about this career opportunity and work on solving real life business related problems and I was also excited to starting to work with other people with the same mindset as mine to come up with solutions which are borderless, timeless, and eternal for any type, form or nature of a business in spite of the sector in which the business is based.

I know that my personal temperament and mind-set can be projected according to the situation in attendance and I encompass a great sense of adaptation which makes it easy for me to learn the work and find the simplest ways of doing work with the same amount of effort and detail in a short space of time. I know that big businesses and organizations have very little time to go around the desk looking at the work of each employee to find out if they are doing the job in the manner which they (management) wants it to be done, but at the same time, they expect all their employees to be professional and produce results and solutions on the time which has been delimitated. Companies expect their employees to be at the boardroom on time with all the solution, prototypes and presentation ready without any complications.
I am saying; I am willing to learn new ways of doing things and becoming a better protégé to mentors given to me. I feel that I can withstand the pressure and the tension which comes to me as a package in the program.

Thank you.

The Difference Between Soul & Spirit

There are some who don’t believe there is a difference. This is due to the fact that the Hebrew word for soul is nephesh which means literally “life”. It is also used for animals (Gen 1:20-24) and man as a whole person (Joshua 2:13, Exodus 21:23). The Hebrew texts denotes the spirit as “ruach” and refers to it as only the immaterial part of man (Num 16:22).

The greek of the New Testament makes things a little more clear. We know there is a difference between the soul (psyche) and the spirit (pneuma) by looking at Hebrews 4:12- “For the word of God [is] quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit…” .

The spirit is always referred to as the immaterial part of man. Man is not a spirit, he has a spirit. I believe the soul (psyche) is just what the greek word implies… the makeup of man. You are different from every other person. The thing that makes Raymond Raymond is the soul. The soul is how you relate to others and how you understand yourself. The spirit is how you relate to God. When you are reborn, you are born of spirit (John 3:5-6). The spirit is part of the soul, much like the mind is part of the soul. It is the soul, though, that comprises who you are.

Animals don’t have a spirit per se- they don’t seek God. Plants have a body, animals have a body and soul (they are capable of relating to man and other animals), but only man has a spirit. Both the soul and spirit pass when man dies, thus you will be recognizable as Raymond in the coming resurrection (ref Matt 17:3) and you will as a believer forever be able to fellowship with God. You will be given a new body (1 Cor 15:51-55), but you will be you.
The soul and the spirit are the two primary immaterial aspects that Scripture ascribes to humanity. It can be confusing to attempt to discern the precise differences between the two. The word “spirit” refers only to the immaterial facet of humanity. Human beings have a spirit, but are we not spirits. However, in Scripture, only believers are said to be spiritually alive (1 Corinthians 2:11; Hebrews 4:12; James 2:26), while unbelievers are spiritually dead (Ephesians 2:1-5; Colossians 2:13). In Paul’s writing, the spiritual was pivotal to the life of the believer (1 Corinthians 2:14; 3:1; Ephesians 1:3; 5:19; Colossians 1:9; 3:16). The spirit is the element in humanity which gives us the ability to have an intimate relationship with God. Whenever the word “spirit” is used, it refers to the immaterial part of humanity that “connects” with God, who Himself is spirit (John 4:24).

The word “soul” can refer to both the immaterial and material aspects of humanity. Unlike human beings having a spirit, human beings are souls. In its most basic sense, the word “soul” means “life.” However, beyond this essential meaning, the Bible speaks of the soul in many contexts. One of these is humanity’s eagerness to sin (Luke 12:26). Humanity is naturally evil, and our souls are tainted as a result. The life principle of the soul is removed at the time of physical death (Genesis 35:18; Jeremiah 15:2). The soul, as with the spirit, is the center of many spiritual and emotional experiences (Job 30:25; Psalm 43:5; Jeremiah 13:17). Whenever the word “soul” is used, it can refer to the whole person, whether alive or in the afterlife.

The soul and the spirit are connected, but separable (Hebrews 4:12). The soul is the essence of humanity’s being; it is who we are. The spirit is the aspect of humanity that connects with God.

My Values

• Relationship/Rapport/Correlation
• Life/ Living/ Livelihood

• Implementation/ Completion/ Achievement
• Joy/ Happiness/ Contentment

What I Have Chosen
Attitude
A complex mental state involving beliefs and feelings and values and dispositions to act in certain ways,
This means the way I look at things and the way I approach situations is in a defined way, a way that is consistent in the same situation and every time I do so I find great results. My attitude towards things, people and situations is projected in a way that I know will produce results that are favorable to me. A positive attitude everyday can heal all the sicknesses of the day and you can produce so much energy which intern make things around you favor your situation. A perfect attitude produces a perfect day.
Character
The inherent complex of attributes that determines a person’s moral and ethical actions and reactions,
What kind of person are you? Many of us still find it hard to answer that question, we also don’t know if we know ourselves well enough to say who we really are so we live it for society to define us. Character mostly discovered when we are faced with situations that seem to be beyond our control and there are different options that we have to choose from, good and also bad, when this time comes, true character is reveled and we are mostly surprise by the true colors within us and the MAN that is hidden inside of us and we then thank God for challenging us so that we can see the MAN in us. Self definition and character searching can help us find who we are before challenges come and build the MAN we didn’t know and who in some states is not the ideal MAN we wanted to be.
Values
Beliefs of a person or social group in which they have an emotional investment (either for or against something)
Your significance to other people and to yourself is the greatest value man can posses, but there are also values that build good character, some people value money more than relationships. Whatever it is that man value’s he shall live by and believe. Do you believe that your values can shape your life against the morals and the standards which are acceptable to the rest of us? Look for things that can shape your life for the better, find a position where you know that if you stand, you will deliver greater things to others than you would if you were not. Life is filled with many valuable things, and the value of life is hidden in the choices that we make.
Self-Discipline
The act of denying yourself; controlling your instinctive motive
Let’s say you have a task to do, and the task schedule conflicts with your desirable activities, what do you do about that? Knowing that the task is for a period of time and there will always be time to do the activities that you always partake, why don’t you restrain from the activity for the duration of the task and when the task is complete, you can then enter into your normal life. Now that is just an example of self-discipline. Addiction and compulsion are examples of self-indiscipline and such can slow you down from achieving great things in life and when you let your uncontrollable desire for something to block your way to succeed, please note, you are heading for a disaster in life. We need to teach ourselves ways to deal with things that stop us from getting to where we want to be, either we love them or not, they will always have a way into our lives and will take away the time and the chance to get closer to our dream and our future.
Commitment
The act of binding yourself (intellectually or emotionally) to a course of action
What work can man do without putting his heart in it and achieve the best afterwards. There are greater results after committing ourselves to a job and actually getting to complete it. I would say, a man who starts something and stops in the process has a greater chance of not completing the next task that he will start. Intellectual and emotional commitment will earn you results differently depending on how much you put in. Better choose not to be emotionally committed before you are intellectually involved. When man is in a relationship, here is a level of commitment expected from him, and the commitment will also help him into becoming a faithful partner and a good friend, because a committed person will go out of their way just to show how much committed they are. Try committing before involvement, you will get hurt, so it is very important to consider the presidency in the matter and begin all you endeavors well choosing the right path and the right task will help you to have a better involvement hence a stronger commitment.

Teachability
Ready and willing to be taught
Every great men and women where once taught, and in one way or another. Some may not have seen the gates of any school, but they acquired education in different ways. Him, who takes time to learn, wants to be taught. Man in his nature needs to know, man needs to find out things and there are millions of other things that we can go look for the enhancement of our minds and the expansion of our brains. When you know more, you become competitive and you stand a better chance of leading others with the knowledge you have, now being teachable will only mean allowing yourself to be a learner and saying to yourself that I don’t know anything, committing yourself and instilling self-discipline doing it with a positive attitude and saying that education and learning is a greater priority and you value knowledge than fame. Learn more, read more and allow those who know to let you know.
Initiative
This is the Readiness to go on board on new ventures.
Who many people do you know who have the ability to lead, and how many of the leaders you know have taken initiatives? In most cases, leaders are people who fears not to start something. Even thought they see that there are fewer possibilities for the thing to be possible, but they will not stop but will always push for a new adventure. Taking initiatives also means taking risks (calculated risks) where it is necessary. A venture undertaken without regard to possible loss or injury is a source of danger; a possibility of incurring loss or misfortune so one way or another, there will be a loss.
Consistency
The property of holding together and retaining shape
In building muscles, there is a principles used, if you train by that principles, you will see muscles being built effectively. Be consistent in lifting weights and exercising and you will see change. Also in our day to day life, consistency is a key lifestyle that man need to have because you know that the action you took yesterday will give you a better result today, and you can the work on coming up with better ways to life if you know what works for you. People who are consistent have a way of doing things and it works for them every time they use it, finding your way of living demands you to develop values and personal principles and you need to know what you want out of the actions you are taking and be prepared to get wrong results then work around your failure for a better outcome. Most times is wasted trying to come up with solution to our everyday problems, and that makes us frustrated because at some point we run out of ideas that we can rely on. But finding a way of solving a problem and investing time on mastering it, will help us to consistently do things well and get all we need from our actions. Let today be better than yesterday but have the same execution plan.
Passion
Something that is desired intensely
Doing something with all your might and all your will gives to a better advantage in obtaining the best results every time you do it well. I love reading, I can read a book that is regarded the worst published book and I can find great pleasure from it. It’s the passion possessed on something that will make you see things which other people find it hard to see. Learn to love what you do and work on making it an effort to do what you do with passion.
Courage
A quality of spirit that enables you to face danger or pain without showing fear
Faith is opposite of fear, cowardice is the opposite of courage. The development of courage is one of the backbones of a successful man. Because with such, man can be able to take risks and stand up for their mistakes because there is something that they know. Be courageous, and have a stand in what you do. A man with courage is able to walk with a positive mentality because he know what he is up to and there are little things that can bring him down. A gut that which a powerful man posse is that of great courage, the idea that I am on the edge and there is nothing in this world with the capacity to pull me down. Declare great things about your life and don’t be afraid to say things that may seem impossible to man because the faith you have will bring that which is far near to you. Keep the faith and strengthen your backbone.
Responsibility
A form of trustworthiness; the trait of being answerable to someone for something or being responsible for one’s conduct
With power comes responsibility. In many cases, man turn to want money, power, authority, control and forget what comes after that. We seek all the things the world has to offer and we strengthen ourselves with all those things, once we face complications and hard times we forget that all the power and authority is followed by such and we want to give up. Responsibilities are also equivalent to accountability, being able to answer for all our actions and reactions because when we do something, there will always be repercussions to all our actions. Making decisions and taking action as a leader is a good thing, taking risks which produce results is what a leader is crowned for, but when things get hot, and questions come up from the actions that we take, we should be the last ones standing answering to them all. This will show how well you understood the effect of your actions and it will bring about trust from the people who chose you to lead them. You may move forward in a fast pace, and people like your motion, but if you don’t know how you did it, you lack responsibility and accountability for your actions be it good or bad.

Growth
A progression from simpler to more complex forms
Progress, moving from strength to strength; this is one the things that brought us to existence and with everyone having the ability to exercise it, there is no way that man can escape growing. It is just that there are a million forms of growth and we need to balance our growth forms and find a mid-point between all forms. If man stays in one form of growth for long, and become comfortable with the form, life becomes so predictable and it turns to lose its form. We can grow financially but if our mental growth is lacking, we can lose all the finance we have because mind and money are forever in the same line. Think before you spend. When we find the balance between that forms of our growth, its then time to implement the theory of mixed growth form and with that been a success, we will find the center of our success in the balance of our growth.
Relationship
A state involving communal comportment of accomplishment between people, parties or countries
Two is better than 1 says a wise king in the ancient days.
Communication
A connection allowing access between persons or places

Encouragement
The act of giving hope or support to someone
Good leaders have the aptitude to encourage and support their followers. It takes a well motivated leader to encourage and support in words and in deeds. With all this, followers find it easy to work when there is good motivation and leadership support. Encouraging leaders have the zeal to know more and learn more for the benefit of the people who he is leading. A leader such as this has a selfless character and a heart with liberality to help people who he is leading. It takes a leader with good communication skills to be able to pass on the knowledge that he has obtained from his source to the people that he is leading because with our communication, leadership effectiveness will be void and the useful instruction and mandate will not be transferred from the leader to the followers in the list expected way.
Servant Hood
A person working in the service of another (especially in the household)

Love
Is caring for someone with concern

South African Number Plates

South African Number Plates are unique in each of the provinces. Each province has their own number plate design and colors, as well as numbering scheme. In our country, there are also a distinctive kind of number plates for other states departments like Military, Police Departments and other government agencies.

Number plates are available in plastic or metal. Plastic is the preferred material used by the majority of the motorists. They are also more common than their metal counterpart and are issued as standard plates by car dealerships.

The most common size is identical to the European number plates’ size (110x520mm). However, a shorter plate is also common (120x440mm). Most car dealerships now issue the former. Other shapes such as American and motorbike sizes are also available. Number plates can be made over the counter at registration/licencing stores in shopping centers, although the vehicle registration document may be required.

From 1 February 2010 a process will start to replace all number plates in South Africa to an aluminum numberplate with an RFID tag with a unique identification code. This is to be called a Intelligent Number Plate system. The system is to be implemented for April 2010 but has been delayed until October 2010. The numbering structure on plates will also then change. The Department of Roads and Transport in South Africa has set aside 25 million Rand for the project during this fiscal year. A secure electronic mark will be used in the encryption of the code. The system can automatically generate the details of driving offenses committed by a driver.

Provinces and their Number Plates.

Limpopo (L)

The Northern Province was renamed Limpopo in 2002. After 1994, the last letter of the number plate of Limpopo registered vehicles was “N”. In 2005 it was announced that the letter would change to “L”, and motorists were given 5 years (until 2010) to get the new number plates with “L” instead of “N”.

Gauteng Province (GP)

The colors of the Plate are blue and white where the printing is in blue and the plate is White, the number plate is most popular since Gauteng is the most congested and populated province in the country.

Kwa-Zulu Natal

Contrary to most provinces, This province has a unique set of Number Pates where each region has its own distinctive code and number system in their number plate e.g. Durban has “ND” and some numbers on its number Plate. this makes it easy to detect the origin of the registration office where the car is from.

As big as it is, this province has the list population in the country. The number plate has an Impala with mountains on the background, the colors are green and white with small shrubs next to the Impala.

Free-State Province (FS)

The Most central and cold Provence with Temperature dropping to -10 degrees Cecilius. The Province Has many Historic towns and Cities. The number plate is the most colorful of them all with colors i (due to me eye sight and gender) cannot Mention. However, the number plate also has a picture of a cat (a tiger in particular) and this symbolizes the Province’s richness of wildlife. the suffix of the is “FS” for Free-State.

Western Cape

Most people would expect this province to have the most attractive and impressing number plate where the beautiful table mountain and the cape of good hope where going to be chilling on the background, but Like Kwa-Zulu Natal, Western Cape has region distinctive number plates where each town or city has its own prefix code and number to help with the identification of the origin of the particular vehicle.

Eastern Cape (EC)

The Province of Political leaders and big name, where the great Nelson Mandela Was born, where the Likes Of OR Thambo and Governor Mbeki Grew up. With its unique landscape and mountains, The number plate is tagged with an Elephant and a flower showing the leadership of the province in raising good and great leaders for the country.

In South Africa, Number Plate are not just registration and vehicles Identifications tools, but also a Motor decorator where cars are Pimped.

I am just trying to share with you the beauty of my mother land, the Lovely Creating of His (God) work.
